FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions about our services.
Are the rodent capture devices dangerous if I have cats or dogs at home?
No, there are no dangers for your pets. We only use capture methods that do not involve the use of poisons, ensuring the safety of dogs and cats. Our devices are designed to effectively remove rodents without compromising the health and well-being of your four-legged friends.
When the mouse dies in the device, does it release a bad smell over time?
No, there is no bad smell. Inside our devices there is an anti-putrefaction disinfectant liquid designed to neutralize unpleasant odors and prevent the proliferation of bacteria. This way, we guarantee a clean and hygienic environment even after the intervention.
I have bees in my house, what can I do?
Bees are a protected species, so we cannot intervene directly to remove them. The best thing to do is to contact a professional beekeeper or a wildlife management expert. These professionals can help you safely and responsibly relocate the bees without damaging the hive or endangering their survival. Additionally, it's important to remain calm and not try to handle the situation yourself, as bees may feel threatened and defend themselves if they perceive danger.
I have a snake in my house, can you help me?
Sure! We specialize in the removal of reptiles and can assist you in managing the situation. It's important not to try to remove the snake yourself, as it could be dangerous.
